Level 2 (Ages 5 - 7)
This course will focus on the intro of Flag Football. The instructor will focus on passing, defensive and offensive technique and teamwork. Sportsmanship is our number one priority. Children will be challenged through fun games and team interaction. Following our motto, Play, Learn, and Grow, children will now be introduced to a variety skill that will improve their overall motor skills to play the sport of football. |

Level 3 (Ages 8 - 10)
The level 3 course, the instructor will focus on drills that are focused on more complex activities that include fast breaks, offense and defensive structures. Your child will now learn our 3 Offense Structure (Quarterback, Center, Wide Receiver) and Defensive Structure (Defensive Back, Safety and Rusher), improve their footwork, and develop their range and accuracy of passing. |

Level 4 (Ages 10 - 12)
The level 4 course is aimed to improve large motor skills, spatial awareness, and teamwork. The instructor will focus on agility, fitness, drills that become a bit more advanced and teach children how to perform under pressure. Drills are focused on more complex activities that include fast breaks, offense and defensive structures. Your child will now learn our 3 Offense Structure (Quarterback, Center, Wide Receiver) and Defensive Structure (Defensive Back, Safety and Rusher), improve their footwork, and develop their range and accuracy of passing. |
